Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an IT End User Experience Field Technician to provide hands-on and remote support for end users in office and field environments. You will troubleshoot, configure, and improve user-facing technology while collaborating with IT teams to drive productivity.

This role requires an Associate's degree in IT, 2+ years in IT support, and familiarity with Windows, Office 365, VPNs, and networking.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT support or a similar field technician role.
• Experience supporting Windows, Office 365, mobile devices, VPNs, and networking; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk side and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user technology problems quickly and professionally.
• Maintain and administer computer systems and mobile devices.
• Assist with deployment and refresh of user-facing technology assets.
• Travel to business sites for support as needed.
