Job summary

Kitchell is seeking an IT Support Technician II for the Sacramento office to provide first- and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365. You will manage user accounts, assist with onboarding, and document resolutions in the ticketing system.

This on-site role emphasizes reliability, customer focus, and strong communication. The position requires at least two years of desktop support experience, familiarity with Windows 11 and AD/Entra ID, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Two years of desktop support or help desk experience.
Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, hardware, and user accounts.
Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and endpoint-management concepts.
Good TCP/IP networking, VPN, printers, and MFA basics.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity.
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain computers and peripherals.
Create and manage user accounts and permissions in AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Assist with onboarding, deployments, and asset management.
