Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an IT End User Experience Field Technician to provide hands-on and remote support, maintaining user-facing technology across office and field environments.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software and collaborate with IT teams to improve user satisfaction, deploy assets, and document solutions. Travel to sites is required, with on-call readiness as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT support or field technician experience.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Office 365, mobile devices, VPNs, and networking.
• A+, ITIL Foundation, and recent MCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver desk side and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user technology problems efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain and administer computer systems, mobile devices, and related environments.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and refresh of user-facing technology assets.
• Support technology initiatives and projects as directed by the IT End User Experience Manager.
• Communicate effectively with users, peers, and management to provide updates and solutions.
• Document solutions, create training guides, and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Assist with asset inventory management and technology lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and departmental standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the end user experience.
• Travel to business sites for support, training, or project delivery as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
