CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking an IT End-User Experience Field Technician in Ohio to deliver hands-on and remote support for end-user technology in office and field environments.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve user-facing tech while collaborating with IT teams to implement process improvements and IT initiatives. The role requires an Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience, 2+ years in IT support, and familiarity with Windows, Office 365, mobile devices, VPNs, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support or field technician role.
• Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, mobile devices, VPNs and networking.
• A+ certification, ITIL Foundation, MCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver desk side and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user technology problems.
• Maintain and administer computer systems, mobile devices, and related environments.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and refresh of user-facing technology assets.
• Support technology initiatives and projects as directed by IT EUx Manager.
• Travel to business sites for support, training, or project delivery as needed.
