Ford Office Technologies in Robinson Twp, PA is seeking a dependable IT Support Technician to join our team and support clients with desktop setup, Tier 1 support, and configuring new equipment.

The role requires experience with Windows desktop support, basic Windows Server knowledge (Active Directory, Print Server), and familiarity with ticketing systems. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Proof of valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience with Windows Desktop Support.
• At least one year of experience in a technical support role.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server Systems Administration (Active Directory, SMB permissions, Print Server).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Proven software and basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Strong customer service, communication and writing skills.
