Ford Office Technologies is growing and seeks a dependable IT Support Technician to support our client in Robinson Twp, PA. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities include desktop setup, Tier 1 support, and configuring new equipment per client specs.

Qualifications include 1+ year in a technical role, Windows Desktop Support experience, and knowledge of Windows Server/AD. Valid driver’s license required and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with Windows Desktop Support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and AD.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Desktop/PC setup for client sites.
• Tier 1 level support and issue resolution.
• Setup and configuration of new computer equipment per specs.
• Prioritize and resolve issues following procedures.
• Install EDR and Remote Management tools.
• Monitor alerts and escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Receive, process, and inventory client equipment.
• Familiarity with servers is a nice to have.
