Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an IS Field Services technician to support desktop and laptop systems, printers, wireless devices, and peripherals across our environment. You will respond to end-user needs, schedule work, and provide basic training on hardware and some software.

Responsibilities include configuring and deploying laptops in a corporate wireless environment, providing on-call support 24x7, and diagnosing issues remotely or on-site to keep Piedmont operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• GED required.
• Associates degree in an IS-related field preferred.
• 1 year of work experience in IS Field Services Required

Responsibilities

• Plan, install and support desktop and laptop systems, printers, wireless devices and peripherals.
• Communicate with end users to determine needs, schedule work, and provide basic training on hardware and some software.
• Configure and deploy laptops in a corporate wireless environment.
• Provide on-call support in a 24 x 7 environment and diagnose issues remotely or on-site.
