Job summary

VC3, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to deliver hands-on on-site IT support for client sites across the US and Canada. You will install hardware and software, troubleshoot workstations and printers, and coordinate with the VC3 team to resolve connectivity issues including VPN, Citrix and wireless networks.

The role emphasizes following the VC3 Way, timely communication, and educating clients on technical standards. Travel to client sites is expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant technical experience OR 1 year in VC3 Service Technician I/II.
• 2 years experience managing Windows Client OS (10/11), Microsoft 365, viruses and security, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support at client sites, resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Ensure client success via timely resolution and clear communication.
• Follow VC3 standards and processes for predictable customer outcomes.
• Install and set up new hardware and peripherals at client sites.
• Troubleshoot on-site workstation and printer issues.
