Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration or related field.
• Two years of experience managing public facilities, organizing large events, or promoting a public facility.
• Valid Class 'C' Texas Driver's License.
• CJIS background check required; disqualifiers listed in CJIS policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual program budget including capital expenditures, revenue projections, staffing, and O&M expenditures.
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff; hire, train, schedule, evaluate.
• Plan and schedule events across departments and partners.
• Promote facility usage through public contacts, media, or solicit events.
• Process requisitions, statements, invoices and perform accounting for multi-site facilities.
• Initiate safety and security programs for IT rooms and staff.
• Manage short-term IT room service and moves contracts.
• Oversee maintenance and improvements of facilities.
• Perform related duties as required.
