• Experience following up with vendors to ensure repairs and orders are completed.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions, equipment sent for repair, and returned equipment.
• Communicate professionally with vendors regarding pricing, delivery issues, defective equipment, and warranty claims.
• Experience tracking equipment receiving, distribution, transfers, repairs, returns, and disposal.
