Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Support Specialist for Technology Services to deliver technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software to users. This role requires high attention to detail and strong customer service.

You'll handle requests by phone and email, troubleshoot issues, configure and deploy hardware, and assist with daily operations such as POS reporting. Collaboration with the IT team and flexibility for occasional after-hours work are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Experience with a help desk ticketing system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, manage, and prioritize service requests via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Configure, image, and deploy hardware per departmental standards.
• Perform basic phone system troubleshooting and user setup.
• Complete daily operations such as credit card processing and point of sale end of day reports.
