Advocate Health seeks a seasoned PMO leader to oversee governance for its IT project portfolio in the Charlotte area. You will guide construction, facility expansion, and acquisition programs while unifying IT and business stakeholders for strategic outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in project/portfolio management, PMI/Agile practices, and strong leadership to drive efficiency, budgeting, and cross-functional delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Information Systems and project management including 5 years of management experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for the construction and M&A project portfolio.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and delivery of construction, facility expansion, and acquisition-related initiatives.
• Lead a team of project managers and construction management resources to ensure consistent execution and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with executive leaders, operational stakeholders, and IT teams to align projects with enterprise growth objectives.
• Establish portfolio reporting, risk management, and governance practices to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across construction, technology, clinical, and business teams.
• Ensure successful integration planning and execution for merger and acquisition initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, resource utilization, and portfolio performance.
