Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare IT demands within the Enterprise PMO. You will manage budgets, schedules, and scope, align with business needs, and ensure vendor accountability across the life cycle.

This full-time role requires 3-6 years IT project management, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), strong communication, risk management, and experience with Microsoft 365 and PPM tools. Standard M-F, 8-5, on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
• Typically requires 3 to 6 years in IT project management with a proven delivery record.
• Experience delivering IT projects within budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manages development and execution of healthcare IT demands and projects within Enterprise PMO processes and standards.
• Establishes targets, benchmarks, and success criteria for project delivery and plans from initiation to implementation.
• Prepares and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and financial records.
