• Education within 1 year of graduation (2 or 4 year degree).
• Certifications and Licenses: Montana driver’s license and ability to be insured to operate Billings Clinic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical resource for the organization and health system's customers, staff, physicians and administration.
• Provides support during technical crises.
• Promotes Information Technology across the organization, utilizing knowledge to promote optimal outcomes.
• Collaborates with multiple disciplines to organize technology enhancements.
• Identifies technical problems and escalates issues to appropriate resources.
• Communicates results of research to appropriate groups.
• Maintains documentation.
