Job summary

Tata Technologies in Novi, MI is seeking an IT End User Support & Asset Management Analyst onsite to support end users and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets across North America.

You will handle Level-1/2 support, asset procurement and disposal, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain inventory records, policies, and documentation, collaborating with telecom teams and project staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support and asset management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT asset management processes and tools.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshworks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and transport IT equipment occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-1 and Level-2 IT support for hardware, software, and workplace tech.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and deploy IT equipment to new hires.
• Ship laptops and equipment to remote employees.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure asset policy compliance.
• Maintain support docs, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
