Job summary

Diversified Fall Protection is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager to serve as the internal owner of daily technology support, asset management, and end-user enablement. You will bridge employees, leadership, and the MSP to resolve issues, document processes, and improve security hygiene.

The role focuses on Windows/macOS support, AD/Entra ID tasks, M365 administration, asset tracking, and vendor coordination, with opportunities to grow into IT planning and budget ownership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support for Windows/macOS and M365 user support.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID for accounts and security basics.
• Familiarity with M365 apps: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Basic networking: Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, triage.
• Ticketing with clear user updates and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily help desk support and onboarding/offboarding checks.
• Coordinate with MSP for escalations, SLA tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, runbooks and asset records.
• Manage licenses, renewals, and budgets with MSP input.
• Communicate outages and changes in plain language.
