Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks an IT Manager - End User Enablement / Solutions Specialist for the Hudson Tunnel Project to lead user adoption and implement productive IT solutions. The role focuses on training, enablement programs, and scalable templates across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and PMIS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-centered technology solutions while ensuring security and compliance across end-user environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in IT user enablement, digital adoption, or advanced IT solutions delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration tools, workflow automation, and enterprise productivity platforms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training, enablement programs, and user-centered technology solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments, ideally within infrastructure, engineering, construction, or large project settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-user enablement programs, including training, onboarding sessions, and adoption initiatives.
• Design and implement productivity solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PMIS, and related platforms.
• Develop and maintain user-focused documentation and playbooks to support scalable adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-centered technology solutions.
• Monitor system usage and feedback to improve usability and digital literacy.
• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of end-user solutions.
