This is a pivotal role to drive adoption and enablement across the organization. This role focuses on training, digital adoption, and scalable IT solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PMIS, and related platforms, with emphasis on reliability, security, and user-centric design, supporting field

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in IT user enablement, digital adoption, or advanced IT solutions delivery.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration tools, and enterprise productivity platforms.

Responsibilities

Drive end-user enablement programs, including training, onboarding sessions, and targeted adoption initiatives for key user groups.
Design and implement productivity solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PMIS, and related platforms.
