Strong technical, project management, and customer-service mindset are essential. The position supervises daily IT operations, governance, and technology adoption across the organization and requires strategic thinking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Excel for data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with technology partner(s) and serves as primary IT contact for communications, issues, and initiatives.
• Partners with leadership to develop short- and long-term IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Develops, implements, and maintains IT security plans and access controls.
• Coordinates incident response and remediation with partners and leadership.
• Develops IT governance policies and documentation for secure, effective use of technology.
• Oversees asset management, licensing, and lifecycle planning for technology resources.
• Manages user access provisioning, reviews, and lifecycle changes for security/compliance.
• Oversees deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of networks, servers, cloud services, and applications.
• Leads IT projects, prioritizes resources, and tracks progress to completion.
• Communicates technology initiatives and timelines to staff across both Organizations.
• Monitors staff training/compliance and follows up to ensure timely completion.
• Drives adoption of new technology and system changes across both Organizations.
• Evaluates vendors and manages vendor relationships and issue resolution.
• Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and IT best practices.
