Job summary

Capital Health in the United States seeks a Sr. Director of Technology Transformation to lead modernization of IT, cloud adoption, and security strategy. Reporting to the CIO, this executive will align IT initiatives with clinical and operational goals.

You will mentor IT Security and Infrastructure Engineering leaders, drive PACS migration to the cloud, and foster agile, scalable, and compliant technology programs while managing budgets and vendor relations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS or Azure, ITIL desirable.
10+ years IT leadership experience in security, infrastructure and cloud.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for technology modernization including cloud adoption and PACS migration.
Drive innovation and implement cutting-edge technologies and processes.
Oversee IT Security Director and align security with enterprise goals.
Strengthen security posture through identity, vulnerability, and incident management.
Lead modernization of telecom platforms and secure infrastructure solutions.
