Job summary

Family Centers in Greenwich, CT seeks an IT Director to oversee infrastructure, security, end-user support, vendor relationships, asset management, and strategic planning. This hands-on leader will present a technology roadmap to the CEO and troubleshoot AD/Citrix issues as needed.

The role requires strong IT governance, budgeting, and cross-site coordination, with responsibility for a multi-location environment and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive IT management experience with infrastructure, security, and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure and end-user support across locations.
• Manage MSPs, vendors, and contracts; monitor SLAs.
• Develop and maintain IT roadmap and budget.
• Lead IT projects from RFP to implementation.
• Provide regular technology briefings to leadership.
