Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead and transform IT operations as the company separates IT from Security. This senior role serves as the primary IT architect and operations leader, responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that support business initiatives while ensuring availability, performance, and security across Azure, M365, identity, endpoints, networking, and SaaS platforms.

Based in a hybrid model with options across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end enterprise IT operations, including data centers, cloud, networks, and applications.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, M365) and IT security tools.
Experience managing enterprise vendors, SaaS providers, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop IT architecture and infrastructure strategy aligned to business goals.
Lead IT operations for reliability, performance, and security across cloud and on-prem systems.
Oversee cloud and SaaS platforms (Azure, M365, Okta, SaaS apps) and IAM governance.
Implement IT service management practices (incidents, changes, configuration) and post-incident analysis.
Collaborate with Security, Finance, and business stakeholders on roadmaps and budgets.
