Job summary

IREX is seeking a Director of Information Technology to serve as the senior operational and technical leader for IT, guiding cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems to support programs worldwide.

You will lead day-to-day operations, shape architecture, ensure continuity, and collaborate with the CTO on priorities, governance, and vendor management to deliver secure, resilient IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 12+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Defender.
• Experience leading enterprise technology operations and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and secure architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technology operations and ensure a secure, scalable environment.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across cloud, identity, and security.
• Oversee enterprise applications integration, APIs, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with the CTO to implement IT strategy and governance.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and service delivery.
