This role is remote and focuses on strategic planning, governance, and risk management without daily operational duties.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience including software engineering and enterprise IT systems.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in Agile delivery and SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise software and IT roadmap aligning with corporate goals.
• Lead software engineering teams for custom application development and integrations.
