Pratt Industries is seeking an IT Director to serve as the strategic link between diverse business units and the internal IT organization in Georgia. You will translate business vision into technical reality, manage IT demand, and prioritize investments to maximize value for the company.

You will lead a team of IT professionals, align roadmaps with operational and financial goals, and foster innovation while driving operational excellence across infrastructure, security, and development

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven IT leadership experience supporting diverse business functions (HR, Finance, Operations, or Marketing).
• Demonstrated experience in Portfolio Management or IT Business Partnering within a multi-departmental environment.
• Ability to bridge communication gap translating technical architecture into business value.
• Experience presenting strategic roadmaps and business cases to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary strategic interface between internal IT teams and various business units to understand, capture, and prioritize technology needs.
• Demand & Portfolio Management: Oversee the intake process for new IT requests, providing clarity on scope, resource requirements, and business impact.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure IT roadmaps are synchronized with the company’s broader operational and financial goals.
• Team Leadership: Provide direct oversight and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise-wide solutions.
• Innovation & Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to modernize legacy processes and implement scalable technologies that improve the employee and customer experience.
• Resource Optimization: Evaluate competing work demands and navigate resource constraints to ensure the highest-value initiatives receive priority.
