Job summary

Pratt Industries seeks an IT Director to translate business vision into technical reality and align IT strategy with operational goals. You will lead IT demand across functions, manage budgets and ROI, and mentor a high-performance team while driving innovative, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to partner with executives to deliver value across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven IT leadership experience across multiple business functions (HR, Finance, Operations, or Marketing).
Experience in Portfolio Management or IT Business Partnering within a multi-departmental environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the strategic interface between IT teams and business units to capture and prioritize technology needs.
Oversee IT demand intake, clarifying scope, resources, and business impact.
Align IT roadmaps with company goals alongside senior leadership.
Provide leadership and mentorship to an IT team, fostering high performance.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among infrastructure, security, and development.
Identify scalable technologies to modernize processes and improve experience.
Evaluate competing demands and prioritize high-value initiatives.
