Job summary

Hartman Executive Advisors seeks an IT Director to manage day-to-day IT operations, service delivery and performance within a portfolio of client engagements. Reporting to the CIO, you will partner with business leaders, provide tactical leadership, and coordinate projects in a professional services environment.

You will ensure a positive user experience and enforce IT policies, while driving continuous improvement and collaborating with internal staff and external vendors to support clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading IT operations, systems and teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Prioritizes customer service mindset for staff and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, service delivery and performance.
