525 Technologies in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Service Manager / Service Director to lead and oversee service operations. The role covers service delivery, staff leadership, customer support, field work, scheduling, escalations, and project execution.

The ideal candidate brings a broad technology foundation, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate with customers while guiding technical teams to complete work on time. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, technology services, field services, technical support, systems administration, or related field.
Experience supervising, coordinating, mentoring, or leading technical employees preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day service operations and ensure customer service requests are handled efficiently.
Manage and direct field technicians, support staff, and other service personnel.
Coordinate technician schedules, priorities, and customer site visits.
Monitor open tickets, escalations, and project-related service needs.
Provide leadership updates on service performance and risks.
