Job summary

Daisy Brand seeks a Director of IT to lead our Dallas-based IT organization. This executive will partner with business leaders to align technology with manufacturing excellence, security, and growth strategies.

The role requires deep expertise across IT infrastructure, BI, cybersecurity, AI, and application development, with a track record in high‑standard industrial environments and a strong leadership history.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of senior IT management experience, with 10+ years in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to department heads, guiding planning, analytics, growth, risk, and technology leadership.
• Mentor and coach the IT team of 25+ professionals to maintain a cohesive, business-focused group.
• Oversee IT projects, timelines, and alignment with Daisy Brand objectives.
• Identify vulnerabilities and upgrades, proposing strategic solutions and new systems.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets and performance reports.
• Build relationships with external advisors and vendors and ensure timely issue resolution.
