Job summary

HAT, a rapidly growing designer and manufacturer of ergonomic office products, seeks a Director of IT Strategy to be the primary IT partner for senior leadership. Translate business priorities into integrated technology roadmaps, investment plans and accountable implementations that drive the business.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, overseeing scalable and secure systems, ERP alignment, and a cross-functional digital transformation program while managing budgets

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive IT leadership with strategy and delivery responsibilities.
• Experience leading technology initiatives, system integrations and ERP programs.
• Proven ability to manage IT teams, vendors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, own and maintain the IT roadmap aligned with milestones and budgets.
• Lead prioritization of technology initiatives across the company while managing risks.
• Develop business cases for major investments, including value and dependencies.
• Align IT strategy with product roadmaps, regulatory and commercial goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and ensure digital transformation is implemented.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate with IT, Sales, Operations, Quality, Finance and external partners.
