Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Director of IT - PLM and Engineering Applications to lead the strategic roadmap, implementation, and evolution of the enterprise PLM ecosystem. You will bridge technical execution and business strategy across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and IT to ensure digital continuity through the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering/computer science field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year PLM strategy aligning with business growth and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and IT to implement PLM solutions.
• Drive digital thread integration with ERP, MES, CAD, and QMS.
• Manage budgets, resources, vendor relationships, and KPIs to maximize system value.
• Lead change management to ensure high adoption and minimal disruption during deployments.
