Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• At least one year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares graphical designs, layouts and other media-related materials the office needs.
• Regular monitoring on the status of software, hardware and other IT equipment in the office.
• Assists in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
• Assists in regular backup of data files on servers, desktops, and laptops.
• Assists in administration of company websites, intranet/extranet, and databases.
