Job summary

Philz Coffee is seeking a Systems Specialist to deliver reliable IT support across the home office, roasting plant, and retail locations. You will triage issues, assist with system administration, and coordinate escalations while maintaining strong service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing technical support, help desk, or systems administration.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Experience with multi-location retail/hospitality environment is a plus.
• Experience supporting CrunchTime or inventory & labor back‑office platforms is strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to corporate and retail teams via IT help desk.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Manage support tickets from intake to resolution with documentation and SLAs.
• Provide remote and on-site support, coordinating vendor assistance when needed.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and user communications.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge base resources.
• Support CrunchTime and related store operations systems and integrations.
