Job summary

Responsibilities

• Desktop support — provide 1st and 2nd level break-fix for hardware and software on desktops.
• Execute assigned IT tasks in line with corporate initiatives.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and IT teams for hardware/software needs.
• Document and publish support procedures for key IT systems and processes.
• Monitor incidents and service requests to meet SLAs.
• Support IT standards and participate in reviews of procedures.
• Assist business units during off-hours/weekends.
