Job summary

PACCAR is seeking an IT Desktop Support specialist in Denton, TX to provide 1st and 2nd level support for desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones/iPads, and printers. You will monitor, document, escalate, and resolve tickets within SLAs, supporting Windows 10, Office 365, OneDrive, Teams, and VPN-related applications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in desktop IT support, with strong communication and customer service skills to assist manufacturing and office users
