Job summary

Clearview Cancer Institute in north Alabama seeks an IT Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across multiple clinic locations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support for staff at multiple clinic locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to maintain uptime.
• Set up and configure new workstations, accounts, and permissions.
• Support staff in using clinical software, including ARIA and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and IT projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams on data cleanup and equipment rollouts.
