Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in IT help desk or desktop support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Knowledge of Windows; macOS preferred.
• Basic networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN, AD.
• Experience with ticketing and asset management tools preferred.
• Certs like CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and application issues.
• Install, configure Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Diagnose VPN connectivity and remote access issues.
• Support basic networking: DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, Active Directory.
• Set up, configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets in the ticketing system.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with upgrades and relocations.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
