Job summary

Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI) is seeking an IT Desktop Specialist to support clients across Texas, including onsite work in Midland.

You will handle help-desk triage, remote and on-site support, and hardware maintenance, with occasional travel to client sites and training at the headquarters. The role requires 2–4 years of IT triage/help desk experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.

Qualifications

• Basic IT triage/help desk experience required.
• Experience handling call queues in a technical support role.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and security hardware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and assist clients remotely, in-office and on-site.
• Maintain records and expense accounts using systems like ConnectWise.
• Provide on-site client support and hardware maintenance.
