Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years IT triage/help desk experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to alternate weekly between phone support and field work.
• Must be able to pass a CJIS background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and assist clients remotely, in-office and on-site.
• Maintain records and expense accounts using ConnectWise.
• Provide on-site client support and hardware maintenance.
• Identify and implement solutions to client problems.
• Work with other departments to ensure timely response to on-site calls.
• Learn and implement new technologies.
