Qualifications

Three (3) years of full-time supervisory or higher-level IT management experience in the last six years.
Experience with enterprise IT initiatives in applications, GIS, databases, analytics, or AI/ML.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Knowledge of enterprise systems, AI/ML, GIS platforms, and data warehouse strategies.
Experience defining enterprise solutions and data architecture across departments.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership within the Innovation and Technology Department.
Set enterprise solution and application architecture direction and lead implementation of technology strategies.
Ensure solutions are secure by design, scalable, and sustainable across lifecycles.
