Qualifications

• Four (4) years of full-time equivalent experience conducting business systems analysis, technology‑based feasibility studies, and managing IT related projects.
• Three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience as an IT project lead or providing full scope supervision to automated/business systems analysts, programmers, or comparable positions engaged in technology operations or the development or assessment of business application/systems.
• Sixty (60) semester or ninety (90) quarter units of completed college coursework from an accredited college or university in business/public administration, information management, computer science, or closely related field.
• Additional qualifying experience may substitute for up to 30 semester (45 quarter) units of education on the basis of one (1) year of qualifying experience for 30 semester (45 quarter) units of education.
• The ideal candidate will have experience building customer relations, championing customer service, and leading Business Solutions Development staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing requirements, program budgets, and staff performance management.
• Participate in Strategic Planning and Process Improvement initiatives for the division.
