Qualifications

Four years of full-time experience in business systems analysis and enterprise IT project management.
Experience in architecting and delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
Leadership experience supervising analysts/developers and managing scope, budget, and timelines.
Education: sixty semester units in IT/CS or related field; substitution allowed.

Responsibilities

Oversee complex IT projects and vendor selections under SDLC and Agile frameworks.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, budget, and resources.
Serve as liaison between county departments and IT providers.
Architect enterprise frameworks, databases, and online solutions; drive change management.
