Job summary

The Office of the San Bernardino County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector (ATC) seeks an Enterprise Information Technology Solutions Manager to lead large IT projects, applications, and business systems initiatives. You will supervise teams, architect enterprise solutions, and drive change management across county departments.

This role requires strong leadership, Agile project management, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technology.

Qualifications

• Must have four (4) years of full-time experience conducting business systems analysis and managing enterprise IT projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or enterprise software platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, budget, and timelines.
• Education: sixty (60) semester units in IT/CS/SE; bachelor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in complex business systems analysis, architecture, and development.
• Architect and develop enterprise frameworks, databases, and online solutions.
• Drive change management, quality control, and risk avoidance.
• Coordinate with county departments and IT providers; oversee projects.
