Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking a hands-on Healthcare IT Support Technician to deploy, install, and validate clinical devices during go-live events. The role involves configuring workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs, and providing on-site help to clinical staff in fast-paced environments.

You will troubleshoot hardware, networking, and deployment issues; participate in hypercare post-go-live; and coordinate with project teams and end users to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus
