Job summary

Teceze USA in LaFayette, GA seeks a field IT technician to deploy, install, configure and validate clinical IT devices and peripherals across healthcare settings.

You will provide hands-on IT support during Epic go-live, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and coordinate with site teams to ensure a smooth stabilization phase.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktop, deskside, or field support in healthcare environments.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus.
