Job summary

Teceze is seeking IT Deployment / Desktop Support professionals to join an Epic Go-Live project in a healthcare environment.

You will deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices, including workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs, and provide hands-on support during go-live with rapid issue resolution and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus.
