Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking an IT support professional to deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices in a healthcare setting. You will handle desktops, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical devices, providing go-live and hypercare support inside Epic deployments.

This role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting and strong customer service at the point of use. Ideal candidates have deskside or field support experience and knowledge of basic network issues, with preference for healthcare IT

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus.

Responsibilities
