Job summary

Synergistix is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to join the Sunrise, FL team. You will provide advanced technical support to end-users and clients, resolving complex hardware and software issues and assisting with deployment and maintenance of computer systems.

The role emphasizes provisioning, configuring, and managing IT assets, user onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to IT policy development. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of computer systems hardware experience strongly desired.
• Experience with MDT or similar deployment tools preferred.
• Experience with MDM tools and Microsoft 365 administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, remote management or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, upgrade, or repair computer hardware devices.
• Document and track advanced support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, provide end-user training and troubleshooting.
• Perform New Hire, onboarding and termination processes and manage assets.
