Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Deployment Technician to configure and support endpoint devices across Shaw facilities in North Georgia. This full-time role requires hands-on troubleshooting, hardware/software knowledge, and a customer-service mindset to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work on-site with some remote support, assist with basic network tasks, and contribute to knowledge bases and training efforts while collaborating with IT and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• AS Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up new computer devices including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and industrial devices.
• Support the break/fix process for Shaw facilities remotely and in person.
• Provide end-user support for PCs, tablets, printers, networks, cabling, and other devices/equipment.
• Assist with the installation and removal of servers.
• Support video conferencing systems and presentation tools.
• Participate in departmental projects.
• Contribute to training and knowledge base documents.
• Perform basic network administration functions (DHCP/DNS).
