Job summary

Shaw’s and Star Market is seeking an IT Service & Delivery Technician III to install, configure, test and deploy hardware and software across multiple Albertsons stores in the Southern Vermont and New Hampshire region. The role requires travel and occasional overnight shifts.

You will provide on-site IT support, train end-users, collaborate with a IT team on network upgrades and device deployments, and help maintain equipment inventories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS or certifications preferred.
• Experience with retail store systems and hardware setup.
• Ability to travel to stores and provide user training.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and deploy hardware and software across stores.
• Provide on-site IT support and end-user training.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and device deployments with IT team.
• Maintain equipment inventories and meet service levels.
